This is the same model used in Apollo Mission 1967 according to the only info I could find online at the link below

This particular unit came out of Sandia Labs DRMO late 1980's to a collector then to me in 2004.
Missing a few tubes and top cover (not sure if it had one?)
Includes the decimal counters and over 25 5963 tubes
