Since I am an employer, this may be a great thing. Because, well, clocks will run fast, meaning the employee will finally get to work on time (actually thinking they are late). Of course having GPS/WWVB clocks at work will get them paid on actual time allowing them to clock out on time.
Up to 20mins fast? Hummm, means I might make it to work on time as well.

I wonder if the "true sine wave" UPS would counter some of that...I don't really have the tools to measure one (or one to measure...) but I am curious if they convert all AC -> DC and then rectify recreate the waveform it at a more precise frequency.
