No, the problem still persists, I have done this Master reset, but 33 33 33 will appear in virtually one minute.

I'm running out of ideas. The only new thing I can think of is that maybe the K155ID1 is defective?
I want to know what Ian (designer if the kit) thinks about this. I emailed him a couple days ago about this but haven't heard back from him yet....

Let me make sure I understand. When you did the Factory Reset, did the tubes act normal during the "counting phase" of the reset? By counting phase I mean when it first lights up the tubes should be counting up like 000000, 111111, 22222, and so on. Did that part look normal?
Look into it later when the dust is clearing off the crater.
