Hye,
Im' looking for a IN-12 clock. What are the differences between the two in topic's object?
I know that one is almost fully assembled and the other one is not open source. But I had already bought the Modular Nixie Clock IN-14 tubes and I liked the fact that it was a kit and open source in all aspects, hardware and software.
Is there any plans to release this kind of clock for IN-12 tubes?
Thanks

Both clocks (Wemos 4 and SNC46) are with source available for customers. I am also working on a display board for IN-12 with the MNC6.
The SNC46 is a bit more "high quality" in that it the IN-12 tubes are socketed, and that it is mosly factory assembled, so it is going to be more reliable in the long run.

It's going to be 6 IN-12 Tubes, the form factor of the wemos, is interesting. Great for the sources.

"Mostly" what is left to solder? This is also a part that I'm interested in, assembling the kit with something reliable in the lifespan. And I liked the black PCB...
Tricky choice

For the SNC46, you have to solder:
2 switches
2 male and female headers
the K155
the 2 pin power header
2 neons
the GL5516 LDR
44 pin receptacles
It takes maybe 20 minutes if you go slowly. If you are in a hurry, maybe 10 minutes.

I don't have one of the SNC clocks here yet but looking at the
User Manual
it looks like it does include them. WS2812B.
Look into it later when the dust is clearing off the crater.
