I use Arduino IDE.
I was successful to flash Atmel IO with Arduino UNO, i have separate programmer for wifi module from ebay but when i try to compile WifiTimeProviderESP8266.ino it ask for *.h files

i have Wifimodule for Clock SW Version 4.8( 3-4year old i think) old Atmega died, i changed burned IRF740 and Atmel IO, clock works but need to update WIfi-module because time is not updating.

Hi - please post the error message.

In general, you should find the links to the libs that are needed next to the imports like this:

#include <WiFiManager.h> // github.com/tzapu/WiFiManager (0.14.0)
#include <ArduinoJson.h> // github.com/bblanchon/ArduinoJson (5.13.2)

If I have missed something, please let me know.

Also it is important that you work from tag V56 at first. The head of the repository is experimental, and might not compile!

That sounds like the board is not the right type. Please select the board type as "Generic ESP8266":

If you don't have this option, you need to install the board via the boards manager.

The info is right there in the comments at the top of the source code. Here are the ones you need to change:

CPU Frequency: 160MHz
Flash Frequency: 80MHz
Flash size: 1M (64k SPIFFS)
Builtin LED: 1
Erase Flash: All flash contents

Look into it later when the dust is clearing off the crater.
