Odd tubes on Ebay

Very interesting indeed. I've never heard of these either but they are really good looking tubes. Sort of like a miniaturized B7971 (but even smaller than an 8971) with curved diagonals.

I wonder why they bothered curving the diagonals when straight would seemingly do the job. Maybe something to do with forming Cyrillic characters? Whatever the reason it's a nice touch.
