Looks similar to a Burroughs "Pixie" tube. Picture and link to data here (scroll down):

I'm no expert on Pixie Tube history. What little I do know: they are displays, not counting tubes, even though they do resemble a Dekatron. And I don't think many were made - not a successful product.
Look into it later when the dust is clearing off the crater.
