NEO-8000 Specifications:

• Peak cathode current, segments a-g 3.0 - 8.0 mA
• Peak cathode current, decimal point 1.0 - 2.0 mA
• Average cathode current, segments a-g 1.0 - 1.6 mA
• Average cathode current, decimal point 0.2 - 0.4 mA
• Typical condition = 220 VDC supply, 100 uS pulse width, 1/16 duty
• @typical condition, cathode series resistor, segments a-g 2.5 k ohms
• @typical condition, cathode series resistor, decimal point 10.0 k ohms

Other Notes

• They're apparently intended for multiplex/pulsed operation only
• Indications are for individual cathode resistors, not common anode
• Anode supply 190-220 VDC
• Pulse width from 100 to 500 uS
• Duty cycle 1/20 to 1/10
• Pre-bias voltage (operating to non-operating cathodes) 60 to 120 V
• Temperature -10 to +60 deg. C operating, -10 to +70 deg. C storage
