TOPIC: LED clock

LED clock 9 months, 2 weeks ago #1

Hi guys

This is an led clock that use four large red 2.3" displays, classic CMOS 4000 family IC's, and 1MHZ Oscillator for time base.
It shows time using military mode (24.00), the housing looks like it was build from one piece of plastic, you don't see any screws, nuts, etc. I preferred the minimalist design approach.
It will also make a powerful impression as a gift! This product is visually pleasing as well as functional.
I the near future I will design an "wall" version too.

Hope you like it.

Very nice design Digital, I really like the individually housed digits.

A open construction like this will be a lot harder as a wall clock.

Hello -
his user name is nixietubeclock - myworld.ebay.com/nixietubeclock/

Brian

Sorry, I just looked at the thread title and assumed this was a different clock. The seller I linked to above is not the creator of this clock. My mistake!
