It could be the low voltage circuit, that is a possibility.
Try this: Take out the opto-isolators: this will reduce the load on the HV generator to almost nothing. Of course the tubes will not come on.
Yes, it is possible to not use the LEDs and use the GPIO for something else, like a PIR. This needs code changes - the code is available if you want to do this.
But we should still fix this problem...

yes the problem must always be solved.
I ordered new induction, I expect them from Hong Kong.
I will put this card in standby.
I also built a Rev4c that works very well, I would like to add a PIR too, I want the modified code please

Oh that was a good idea. Did you keep the PIR code? If you could let me have what you did (perhaps make a pull request), I'd put it into the repository and take up support of it. I still have PIR support on my ToDo list for the 4 Digit code.

Good news!
I finally found the problem. It was quartz! A change of room and there, the clock works perfectly.
