I2C issues

I build a clock based on the all in one, but with the logic level shifter for the wifi on board.
The circuit and connector are only a few cm from the ATMEGA away, but i gety lots of I2C connections and changes with every refresh.
There is also an RTC connector nearby, if i use that with a logiclevel shifter board which works with another clock i get the same behaviour.

Anybody got a clue on this?

no, never seen that before. I can't really help you unless you give some more info like the board layout and software version you are using.

Hmm. That's pretty strange. Have you tried another Atmega and checked the I2C connections?

I tried a different atmega and esp-01 without avail. Checken connections to the atmega.

I have another atmega and esp-01. Will program these and check again

It seems i made an error in the design. 1 trace which goes to the fet and the 3k resistor touches the sda line. thank you eagle for mentioning that during error check :(

OK, glad to hear it worked out. I find Kicad very good these days, it's different to Eagle (it takes some getting used to), but I have never had anything slip through the correctness check.

Want to show us what you did?
